What is WiSys VentureHome – Oshkosh? WiSys VentureHome – Oshkosh is a startup hub that was established in 2023 through a partnership between WiSys, UW-Oshkosh and the Venture Project in order to foster entrepreneurship and connect local startups to statewide resources they may not be aware of or be able to access otherwise. 

What is the Level Up! program at VentureHome – Oshkosh? Level Up! is an action-oriented 5 month program to help you take your scalable business or idea to the next level. The program will be divided into a range of foundational aspects for your business, such as validating your customer needs, identifying market segments, setting up governance, finding early adopters, etc. The programming will be a combination of educational events, personalized goal setting, and accomplishing tangible milestones on each topic with the help of the VentureHome resources and mentor network.

If accepted to the Level Up! program, you’ll have access to:6 months of free access to coworking space and events at the Venture Project. Guidance and accountability from the VentureHome network of entrepreneurs and industry experts. Local and statewide entrepreneurial resources. Office hours with professionals in finance, legal, intellectual property, marketing, sales, etc. Concierge access to UW technologies and scientific experts. Practice and pitch to investors and key partners.Eligibility to apply for the WiSys VentureHome fund
