    Your Membership

    • We provide workspace and services ("Services") subject to these terms.
    • We can update the terms at any time.
    • Your membership is for the office space or access specified.
    • You can't share your membership with others.

    Payments

    • You agree to pay monthly fees on time.
    • We can terminate your membership for late payments.
    • We are not responsible for any losses you experience.

    Our Rights

    • We can enter the workspace and suspend services anytime.
    • We can modify the furniture in the workspace.

    Your Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for following all the rules.
    • You can't use the workspace for illegal activities.
    • You are responsible for your guests' behavior.
    • We can terminate your membership for violating the rules.

    Termination

    • We or you can terminate the membership with notice.
    • Upon termination, you must remove your belongings.

    Miscellaneous

    • These terms are the entire agreement between us.
    • Any disputes will be settled through arbitration.
    • These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin.
