We can enter the workspace and suspend services anytime.

We can modify the furniture in the workspace.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for following all the rules.

You can't use the workspace for illegal activities.

You are responsible for your guests' behavior.

We can terminate your membership for violating the rules.

Termination

We or you can terminate the membership with notice.

Upon termination, you must remove your belongings.

Miscellaneous

These terms are the entire agreement between us.

Any disputes will be settled through arbitration.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin.
