24/7 access to the facility – Unlock with your phone using the Kisi digital key system.
High-speed Wi-Fi – Gigabit internet to keep you connected.
Printing services – Up to 200 pages per month.
All-you-can-drink coffee – Stay energized while you work.
Event space rental – 2 free hours per month, then just $25/hour after.
Collaborative environment – Network with entrepreneurs, freelancers, and business owners.

    Payments

    • We can terminate your membership for late payments.
    • We are not responsible for any losses you experience.

    Our Rights

    • We can enter the workspace and suspend services anytime.
    • We can modify the furniture in the workspace.

    Your Responsibilities

    • You are responsible for following all the rules.
    • You can't use the workspace for illegal activities.
    • You are responsible for your guests' behavior.
    • We can terminate your membership for violating the rules.

    Termination

    • We or you can terminate the membership with notice.
    • Upon termination, you must remove your belongings.

    Miscellaneous

    • These terms are the entire agreement between us.
    • Any disputes will be settled through arbitration.
    • These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin.
